  • No sharing for marketing — Mobile numbers and opt-in consent data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

  • Limited sharing for service — We may share mobile numbers and opt-in data only with subcontractors or service providers under strict confidentiality, and only to support customer service, delivery, or technical operations of your SMS program.

  • Protect opt-in consent data — All text-messaging originator opt-in records and associated consent are kept private and will never be transferred to third-party marketers.

Hope After Loss SMS Messaging
Terms and Conditions

  • Hope After Loss will only text you about the Hope After Loss Silent Auction.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, you may receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at jennifercb@hopeafterloss.org.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
